Job Responsibilities • Provide professional and quality customer service to employees through adherence to departmental scripts and compliance with corporate policies and procedures • Resolve employee inquiries utilizing enterprise systems, reports, policies, and procedures • Identify and escalate complex payroll or timekeeping issues and provide follow-up and closure • Create and maintain ServiceNow tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response of escalated inquiries • Complete payroll and timekeeping related forms • Guide employees through troubleshooting and navigation assistance with ESS, MSS, and ERC webpages • Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve employee issues • Provide backup coverage for the Payroll Shared Services Call Center • Participate in trainings and review communications to stay updated on applicable software, policies, and procedures • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
