This role is different because the Senior Director, Network Strategy at WelbeHealth: Combines strategic network leadership with hands-on provider contracting, providing the opportunity to shape how WelbeHealth builds, strengthens, and expands provider relationships while directly influencing network access, quality, and financial sustainability. Assess and monitor network adequacy to ensure participants have timely access to high-quality providers, specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services, as well as identify network gaps, access barriers, and market-specific needs, developing strategies to address them.
