The ideal candidate will: • Provide direct patient care • Support providers with clinical tasks and procedures • Help ensure efficient daily clinic operations • Greet and room patients, obtain vital signs, medical histories, and reason for visit • Administer medications and vaccinations as ordered by the provider • Assist with in-office procedures and exams • Accurately document all patient interactions and treatments in the electronic medical record (EMR) • Provide patient education on medications, care plans, and health promotion • Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use • Support the provider team in delivering coordinated high-quality care • Perform basic clerical tasks, such as scheduling, call-backs, and managing referrals. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - accredited program with certification (AAMA, NCCT, or equivalent) • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification • Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred • Strong communication and critical thinking skills • Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g.
