As Assistant General Counsel, Alternative Investments, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical legal advice and support on a wide range of matters relating to the firm’s global private markets and hedge fund-of-funds products and separately managed accounts (“SMAs’”). Oversee all legal aspects in the development, launch and ongoing operation of Mercer investment funds and SMAs, including legal, regulatory and tax structuring, and drafting / reviewing and negotiating constituent documentation (e.g., limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, and associated offering documents).
