p>Respiratory team members provide treatment and therapy for infants and adults, perform innovative procedures (mechanical and noninvasive ventilation, nitric oxide delivery, arterial blood gas sampling, pulmonary function testing), administer patient-focused and therapist-driven order sets and serve as Rapid Response Team members responding swiftly to ''trigger'' symptoms without waiting for full-blown cardiac arrest. Demonstrates advanced clinical and critical care skills to support additional job responsibilities such as ECMO support, mechanical ventilator support, bronchoscopies, sleep lab, labor and delivery, cardiopulmonary and circulatory rehabilitation, Basic Life Support (BLS), etc.
