Requirements Ability to work day or night shift Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or 5 years equivalent industrial electrical maintenance experience (preferred) Technical diploma in engineering/manufacturing or equivalent experience; strong maintenance manufacturing knowledge (required) 5 -7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM) tracking systems (required) Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments (required) Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 (required) Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and Six Sigma (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required) Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with UKG and SAP; strong computer skills for PM systems (required) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; electrical systems knowledge a plus (required) A little more about us At Saint-Gobain, our employees have pride in belonging to an organization whose culture is made up of these core values: Trust, Empowerment, & Collaboration.
