The Coordinator operates and maintains commercial high-speed printers, copiers, finishing equipment, material-handling equipment, and delivery vehicles and uses Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic-design and printing applications to prepare and assist with print production. Working directly with the Printing Services Supervisor, this position coordinates print requests from initial consultation through production and delivery, reviews proofs for accuracy and branding compliance, monitors project timelines, and provides professional customer service.
