In this role, the VP of Quality & Patient Safety will work collaboratively across the enterprise and externally to advance the network as a leader in quality and safety, as evidenced by exceptional patient outcomes, performance rankings, and accreditation, as well as oversee processes to analyze and report patient safety, risk management and patient grievance data. The VP of Quality & Patient Safety in partnership with the Chief Quality Officer is responsible for the overall strategic planning, direction, leadership, and operational management of the quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and accreditation programs of the Bassett Healthcare Network.
