Provide day-to-day engineering support to production through structured troubleshooting, investigations, and root cause analysis; Own and continuously improve assigned manufacturing processes to ensure robust performance, safety, quality, and compliance in a continuous and complex manufacturing environment; Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve yield, throughput, equipment utilization, and cost using WCM methodology;-. Lead and support quality investigations related to process non-conformances; define and implement corrective and preventive actions; Collect, analyze, and interpret critical process and equipment data to support investigations, continuous improvement activities, and decision making; Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, manufacturing, documentation, and SOPs to support consistent and repeatable production.
