Qualifications: 15+ years of professional experience with at least 10 years of experience in vendor risk management (or compliance) and onboarding, preferably in financial services sector In-depth knowledge of vendor risk and onboarding activities processes, and procedures, especially around third-party risk management Proven track record of successfully designing and managing global programs Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks Strategic mindset with sound financial and business acumen, and well-defined decision-making skills Dynamic team player, proactive, self-starter with utmost professional integrity and ethics Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills Experience interpreting data to make data-driven decisions Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with proven experience building, motivating, and leading teams Resilient, curious, and experience navigating ambiguity Experience building strong relationships internally and externally with a high level of customer service orientation Proficiency in third-party applications and software in the risk management space, as well as MS Office suite and other relevant software (Coupa knowledge a plus) Bachelor's degree in business or related field, an MBA would be a plus Experience working in global and fast-paced environment Experience managing distributed and virtual teams.
