Responsibilities include: • Plan, design, implement, and evaluate essential beef production and management educational programming to small and medium sized beef producers and operations converting from dairy to beef, and their employees and related industry representatives, including farm visits, utilizing a variety of methodologies including in-person workshops, online webinars, podcasts, videos, social media posts, print articles, fact sheets and other media as appropriate. • Teach in the Animal Science undergraduate curriculum, including 424 (Livestock breeding evaluation and selection), 426 (Advanced judging and selection), and all or part of ANSC 309 (beef cattle production and management), 324 (Value determination of meat animals), and/or 429 (Advanced beef cattle production).
