Serving as a key link between field personnel, the Production Superintendent, engineering, midstream, and regulatory teams, the Production Foreman supports production goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Thorough knowledge of oil and gas production operations, surface equipment, and artificial lift methods, including electric submersible pumps (ESPs), rod pumps, gas lift, and plunger lift.
