Develops full project-management capability while supporting Restoration Project Managers with inspections, scope development, documentation, customer communication, scheduling, estimating, approvals, production coordination, and closeout. Estimate, pricing, contract, credit, discount, major scope, subcontractor, and customer-resolution decisions remain subject to the assigned Project Manager or designated leader’s approval until authority is formally expanded.
