Risk & Control Program Management: Support the Operational Controls Manager to manage TFSB’s first line of defense Risk and Controls program, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), process flow development/maintenance, and risk and control matrix (RACM). This role will develop test scripts, conduct control testing, identify deficiencies, and collaborate with business leaders, control owners, compliance, enterprise risk, internal audit, and key stakeholders to design and implement corrective action plans to strengthen TFSB’s control environment.
