The Lead Construction Safety Coordinator will serve as a key member of the project team, maintaining a strong field presence while working directly with craft personnel, production teams, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of manufacturing, installation, civil construction, and mission-critical construction activities. Success in this role requires maintaining a strong field presence, proactively identifying hazards, effectively communicating with craft personnel and supervision, and ensuring fabrication, drywall installation, excavation, and data center construction activities are executed safely while supporting project productivity, quality, and schedule objectives.
