The Sr CC role at Tandem is also responsible for; Provides legal and business advice, drafting and negotiation expertise for a broad range of commercial and operational agreements, including non-disclosure, software, SaaS, services, consulting, marketing, material transfer, supply, manufacturing, equipment, leases, distribution, collaboration, partnership, development, and clinical trials. Works cross functionally with other departments including members of regulatory, purchasing, R&D, finance, quality, IT, corporate and business development, and other departments to ensure a smooth and agile contracts life cycle process and to ensure consistency with Legal response times and compliance with laws and regulations.
