Must have excellent writing and computer skills and be capable of using multiple applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, cloud-based file-sharing platforms (e.g., Box, Egnyte, SharePoint), construction management applications (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend), and general internet applications. Prepare detailed budgets, schedules, cash flow projections, and monitor design cost exposure reports Lead design reviews, value engineering, peer reviews, and constructability reviews, with attention to Hawaii logistics and material lead times.
