Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field; and three years or more of progressively responsible experience in community-based programs, youth services, family support, partnership development, collective impact initiatives, systems coordination, etc; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and relationship-centered leader to support Bay Area Community Resources' (BACR) launch and coordination of the THRIVE Center, an exciting new collaborative initiative designed to make support simpler, warmer, and more accessible for children, youth, and families.
