Working under the direction of Miyamoto’s Senior Principals overseeing global disaster response and preparedness work, and closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, technical specialists, country teams, finance, and other project personnel, the Operations Coordinator will help ensure teams have the people, resources, systems, and operational support needed to implement programs effectively. Coordinate procurement of goods and services, including supporting development of specifications and scopes of work, identifying vendors and service providers, obtaining and documenting quotations, coordinating required reviews and approvals, and tracking procurement through delivery.
