The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and a minimum of five years of municipal consulting experience, including managing projects related to wastewater, potable water, stormwater management, site development, paving, and/or natural gas distribution system design. Additional qualifications include experience with regulatory permitting, proposal preparation, project and client management, municipal project funding, and proficiency with engineering software, including Autodesk Civil 3D.A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
