One or more advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major Specific experience with the design, development, and production of complex military electronics subsystems Broad-based technical background with the ability to lead complex technical projects Ability to maintain high performance in a highly dynamic, team-based environment Ability to assimilate inputs from multiple sources and derive design and operational requirements Developing associated architecture, implementing design, performing analysis and testing of modules and/or sub-systems in a laboratory setting Digital, analog and/or RF testing; debugging complex circuit card assemblies (CCAs) or electro-mechanical systems Understanding of CCA design and manufacturing Subcontract Management Collaborating with Global Supply Chain and Mission Assurance to identify and resolve supplier quality, lead time, and manufacturability issues Proposal writing including cost estimation Earned Value Management System (EVMS) / Control Account Manager Certified Developing and maintaining complex integrated master schedules.
