Success in this position will be measured by the ability to safely deliver capital projects on schedule and within budget, develop effective short-term mine plans that support operational objectives, improve plant and quarry performance, and build strong partnerships across the organization while contributing to the long-term growth of the South Texas Aggregates business. Managing capital projects, engineering projects, plant upgrades, or operational improvement initiatives in aggregates, mining, cement, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environments.
