Hands-on experience supporting design-build and alternative delivery programs, including design reviews, constructability reviews, contractor coordination, risk allocation, change management, and issue resolution. Coordinate with MTA, local jurisdictions, utilities, community stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to keep the program moving while reducing impacts to riders and surrounding communities.
