The Case Manager is responsible for: Case Managers provide direct behavioral case management services to adults or children with serious mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or those whose involvement in the child welfare system requires. Required Education: Bachelor's degree related to related fields, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology Criminal Justice, Health Education, Special Education OR Other Human Services Related Field.
