Bachelors Degree - Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Naval Architecture, Strong technical and analytical skills to ensure proper equipment selection, implementation, and operation; leadership and management ability to properly plan and execute 2+ projects simultaneously; strong time management skills to keep project(s) moving forward; strong communication skills as collaboration with multiple parties will be necessary; knowledgeable in maritime regulatory framework, rules and guidelines as they relate to air lubrication, marine systems, and hull structure; ability to work in constantly changing environment and to self-direct work. Project Planning and Scope Definition: Define detailed specifications for work that needs to be performed, full-scale plan, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with Technical Operations Managers, Technical Directors, and other stakeholders.
