Operating with significant autonomy and minimal supervision, the Lead Accountant leads accounting close workstreams, reviews workpapers of teammates, spearheads process automation, and collaborates directly with cross-functional leadership (Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Tax, etc.) to design accounting frameworks from the ground up for emerging business models. Perform and oversee technical accounting activities including complex revenue recognition, deferred revenue, medical director arrangements, fixed assets, sublease arrangements, and multi-entity intercompany allocations and eliminations.
