The Rebate Reconciliation Process Manager position supports the team both as an individual contributor performing reconciliation duties on the most complex accounts and as a mentor providing coaching, training, and management oversight to other team members, developing, and designing optimal processes for the reconciliation function, leading projects, and solving complex and escalated issues. This position works closely with various internal partners including Invoicing, Research, Accounting, Client Support and Trade Relations and external partners such as Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.
