p>25% Project Strategy, Systems Implementation & Reporting: Leads development of project documentation, defining strategy, scope, resources, and timelines for Admissions & Records initiatives, identifies operational and system gaps; designs and implement technology, process, and staffing solutions; facilitates system implementations, including user acceptance testing (UAT) for the local college; develops, creates and maintains Admissions and Records' SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to support data-driven decision-making; administers and supports systems including Dynamic Forms, Laserfiche, SIS, and SLMS as it relates to the Admissions and Records area; delivers staff training and onboarding for the Admissions and Records area/department.
20% Systems Administration & Security:
Manages SIS and SSRS security administration, including user access provisioning, role alignment, and account lifecycle management; ensures appropriate access controls based on job functions and institutional policies; supports operational planning, budgeting, and technical problem resolution.
