Responsibilities include:Managing seasonal camper paperwork and communications, including contracts, waitlists, payments, insurance documentation, rabies records, and other required informationMaintaining accurate and organized seasonal camper filesHelping coordinate seasonal camper gatherings, activities, and special eventsCommunicating regularly with current and prospective seasonal campersAssisting with campground reservations, check-ins, guest questions, and front desk operationsPerforming regular campground associate responsibilities and supporting daily campground operationsProviding lead and supervisory support to campground staffSupporting a positive, organized, and welcoming experience for campground guests and seasonal campersQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent guest service skillsComfortable working with spreadsheets, technology, and multiple computer programsAble to manage multiple priorities and follow through on detailed administrative workComfortable working independently as well as part of a teamWilling to assist with hands-on guest service and operational responsibilities when neededPrevious leadership, supervisory, hospitality, recreation, or guest service experience is preferredThis is a year-round position with hours that vary seasonally, including higher hours during the winter operating season and summer campground season and reduced hours during transitional periods. Responsibilities include:Communicating with school coordinators, group leaders, and chaperones regarding rental needs and expectationsCollecting, organizing, and maintaining group rental information and equipment needsMaintaining spreadsheets, rental records, and other group documentationCoordinating group details, schedules, and setups with the Rentals Manager and rental teamTracking rental returns and outstanding equipment and assisting with follow-up when neededHelping prepare for upcoming school and outreach groups to ensure rental information is complete and accurateSupporting daily rental operations during busy groups, weekends, and peak holiday periodsAssisting with guest service, boot fitting, equipment setup, and rental technician responsibilities as needed, especially during holiday periods.
