The Recruiter will primarily support a Construction Global Practice , recruiting across areas such as estimating, procurement, construction management, project controls, engineering, and other construction-related disciplines. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, cold calling, AI-enabled recruiting tools, databases, networking, and other sourcing resources.
