You''ll work closely with our Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinator, allowing you to focus on what great recruiters do best: building strong partnerships with hiring teams, developing thoughtful search strategies, identifying exceptional talent, and creating an excellent candidate experience. As part of a lean Talent Acquisition team, you''ll also have the opportunity to recruit for roles across the broader organization, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, People, and other functions as hiring needs evolve.
