Master's Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Counseling, or a related field is desirable; however, equivalent professional experience and demonstrated skills in program administration, event management, and community engagement will be considered a strong substitute. This position engages and supports students and student groups from diverse backgrounds, viewpoints, and perspectives while collaborating with university and external partners to foster an inclusive environment for all students, centering communities of color, first-generation students, and other groups.
