Produce and retain field reports and documentation (project schedules, cost reports, delay reports, work logs, and as-built documents) Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners; communicate proactively, transparently, and professionally throughout the construction process to build trust and manage expectations Participate in homeowner meetings to report project progress, address concerns, and resolve outstanding production issues Assist in facilitating weekly job site meetings Understand the project budget and work with the Project Manager to manage cost; promptly communicate homeowner-driven scope changes and their impacts Utilize required technology and computer software provided by Centric Ensure all field personnel are working in compliance with OSHA and Centric safety requirements.
