Examples of specialized experience includes: (1) Working knowledge in interpreting, explaining, and providing aviation resource management policies and procedures as they relate to ARMS, aviation management, and operational activities; (2) Working with ARMS directives, instructions, and manuals with emphasis on knowledge of aviation service policy and implementation, personnel flight records maintenance, operating/navigating and troubleshooting ARMS data system operating procedures, file structure, interface requirement and oracle browsers, preparation, processing, and auditing of associated documentation; and (3) Working with budgetary methods, practices, procedures, regulations, policies, and processes to formulate, justify, and execute assigned budget work to support the mission, structure, goals, work processes, and program of support activities/organizations. Knowledge of and skill in applying ARMS directives, instructions, and manuals with emphasis on knowledge of aviation service policy and implementation, personnel flight records maintenance, operating/navigating and troubleshooting ARMS data system operating procedures, file structure, interface requirement and oracle browsers, preparation, processing, and auditing of associated documentation (e.g., AFTO Form 781) is desired.
