The right person will bring at least 10 years of federal/government construction experience, strong field leadership, and the ability to confidently manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and federal documentation from mobilization through closeout. Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate structural, architectural, building-envelope, MEP, life-safety, and finish scopes in active jobsite environments.
