The Beverage Shift Supervisor helps ensure appropriate staffing, inventory availability, cash-handling compliance, beverage service quality, and adherence to company policies and applicable regulations while supporting the Food & Beverage Manager. Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity in a high-volume beverage gaming operation that includes banquets, entertainment, multiple bars, and restaurants.
