The Charge Nurse will coordinate the delivery of patient care by determining staffing needs and making patient assignments by choosing the right assignment for the right person. Additional certifications may be required based on unit, including: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials.
