Ability to physically participate in at sea deployment, test, and recovery operations including ability to lift, carry, and maneuver on shore or on a small boat at sea, communicate verbally, and carry out fine manipulations. Maritime Operations – Organize and eventually lead maritime test operations to include deployment, maintenance, and recovery of instrumentation systems from small boats.
