This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with AS9100 standards, while assisting in the safe execution of all reactivation activities involving high-risk operations.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep expertise in quality system development, controlled documentation, while assisting in system safety engineering and industrial safety practices for high-hazard environments.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<h3>Quality Management System (Primary Focus)</h3><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of a Quality Management System compliant with AS9100 standards.</li><li>Establish and maintain standards for quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and process documentation to support testing, maintenance, and operational readiness.</li><li>Manage the document control system, including: <ul><li>Creation, revision, approval, and distribution of controlled documents</li><li>Configuration projects simultaneously.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.</li></ul></li><li style="margin-left:8px">Certifications: Minimum 10-hour OSHA / 30-Hour OSHA Preferred.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px">Ability: Knowledge of all facets of ground up Construction / Renovation.  Ability to manage and take responsibility for the success of projects up to $15 Million and / or multiple smaller projects.</li></ul>Working Conditions: This role involves working in an office environment. Fifty-hour work weeks are typical. Frequent visits to jobsites in various stages of construction are expected.
