Create and maintain detailed design-phase schedules from project kickoff through issuance of the construction documents, including architecture, interior design and selections, consultant work, Owner decisions, estimating, permitting, and other required approvals. Develop the initial summary-level construction baseline with preconstruction and construction leadership, incorporating major phases, anticipated permitting and procurement constraints, long-lead items, and contractual milestones.
