Location: Florence, SC Salary: $220,000.00 USD Annually - $240,000.00 USD Annually Description: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Plant Manager in Florence, SC area! This role focuses on planning, directing, and maintaining maximum standards of product quality, efficiency, safety, cost control, and schedule attainment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute short- and long-term manufacturing plans.</li><li>Build, manage, and develop the operations team; facilitate continuous improvement processes.</li><li>Provide operational expertise to peers and senior leadership.</li><li>Monitor equipment needs and ensure high levels of plant efficiency.</li><li>Develop and maintain strategic vendor and customer partnerships.</li><li>Establish current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies.</li><li>Create and implement a technical vision and lead new technical projects or line implementations.</li><li>Provide guidance and authorization to carry out major operational plans and procedures.</li><li>Review organizational performance against objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Develop technical budgets, allocate resources, and set project deadlines.</li><li>Lead departmental activities to improve production techniques, assess technology trends, and address human resource needs.</li><li>Forecast departmental operating costs and manage budget preparation.</li><li>Oversee recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and salary adjustments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering, business or related field.
