Production Support, Incident Management & Operational Continuity Serves as the senior technical analyst for production support by monitoring system health, troubleshooting complex batch failures, coordinating incident response, performing root cause analysis, and serving as the primary backup to the Enterprise Batch Operations Lead (System Analyst VI) to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Technical Leadership, Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer - Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior analysts, collaborates with application development, infrastructure, database, cloud, and business teams, leads operational meetings when delegated, and supports cross-training to ensure operational continuity and knowledge sharing across the organization.
