Working closely with other Organizational Change Management Leaders, Process Improvement, Business Process Owners, Product Owners, Technology Teams, project teams, senior leadership, marketing, and implementation partners, you will ensure employees are prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working through scalable, role-based enablement aligned to deployment waves. Partner with project teams including OCM, Process Improvement, Business Process Owners, Product Owners, Human Resources, Technology Teams, senior leaders, marketing, regional and office leaders, and implementation partners to integrate change and learning activities into project plans and drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in while fostering an environment of open feedback, listening to and addressing concerns.
