Experience caring for neonates, including premature infants and patients requiring ventilator support, high-flow nasal cannula, bubble continuous positive airway pressure, central lines, umbilical arterial and venous catheters, phototherapy, therapeutic hypothermia, blood products, intravenous medications, and neonatal sepsis management. The role includes neonatal assessment, respiratory support, medication administration, developmental care, family education, and collaboration with respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response teams.
