The position performs preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, brake and suspension work, engine and drivetrain repair, component replacement and rebuilding, equipment inspections, roadside service, and complete work-order documentation. Working knowledge of heavy-duty truck and diesel-engine systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, fuel systems, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
