You'll partner closely with Plant Managers, Quality, Metallurgy, Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance leaders to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction while ensuring our NDT processes remain technically sound, scalable, and compliant with customer and industry requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in heavy manufacturing, preferably within the forging, steel, metals, foundry, aerospace, defense, or other industrial manufacturing sectors, and understands the operational realities of large-scale manufacturing environments.
