Perform minimally intrusive medical procedures as directed by school nurse(s); some of the procedures may include tracheotomy/stoma care, catheterization, rectal suppositories, tube feedings, certain injections, and other such procedures to treat medically fragile children, as the advance of technology introduces additional procedures. Assist the classroom teacher in the implementation of each child=s individual education plan to develop gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, academic, language, speech, self help, auditory, personal/social skills.
