This position partners closely with terminal managers, operations leadership, safety personnel, and human resources to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains qualified drivers while maintaining compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, company, and customer requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, transportation management systems, and compliance platforms, web-based platforms, mobile technologies, and digital communication tools to support daily business operations, data management, and team collaboration.
