The Director of Performance Analytics leads the delivery of strategic performance analysis and strategic operations planning and state SMFP and COPN for Chesapeake Regional Health, (CRH), provides direction and support for the integration of financial and clinical information, and development of key performance indicators and analytical tools to support strategic business evaluation, decision making, and ensuing performance accountability. Collaborate with stakeholders: Executive, Department Leaders, Service Line Administrators, Care Managers, Quality Leaders, Physician Leaders and other Care Partners, to build business systems that provide meaningful and timely tools and metrics that will inform and empower CRH leaders to act on current trends as well as achieving strategic initiatives.
