Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage challenging customer situations. - Ability to develop and maintain referral networks and practice effective territory management. - Basic knowledge of lending principles and related financial products and services. - Proven sales and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to manage customer relationships and loan portfolios with moderate supervision. - Willingness to spend time meeting with customers, prospects, and referral partners. - Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment. - Ability to travel to/from other branch offices, customer meetings, etc., as required. - Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.
